I am a personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. My journey as a fitness professional began over a decade ago when I discovered the transformative power of exercise and healthy living in my own life.

Growing up, I struggled with my weight and self-confidence, and it wasn't until I started to take my health seriously that I began to feel truly empowered. Through a combination of strength training, cardio, and healthy eating, I was able to transform my body and mind, gaining not only physical strength but also a sense of confidence and self-worth that I had never experienced before.

Inspired by my own journey, I decided to pursue a career in fitness, completing my Bachelor in Sport Science, nutrition and Crossfit certifications and yoga instructor cridentials. Since then, I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them to achieve their own goals and transform their lives.

For me, being a personal trainer is not just about helping people to lose weight or gain muscle, it's about empowering them to take control of their health and well-being, and to feel confident and strong in their bodies.
